This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser, and COSTA DESIGN LTDA ME ("ICONS4FLASH"). By downloading any product from this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

     Refunds. ICONS4FLASH does not accept any returns nor make any refunds for The Software and Graphics Resouces. Not with standing the foregoing, You may return The Software and receive a refund if all of the following apply:

• You have verified that Your Adobe Flash version meets Icons4Flash.com systems requirements;
• The request for a refund has been made before the delivery of Your purchased product and download. Your refusal to permit ICONS4FLASH to provide installation support will void Your right to a refund.
  

     All ownership and copyright of the licensed products remain the property of COSTA DESIGN. COSTA DESIGN grants to you a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable right to use the products royalty-free according to the license terms for any commercial or personal design and software projects. You may also display the product in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.

     You may modify the products (Graphics) is shape, color, and/or file format and use the modified products royalty-free according to the license terms for any commercial or personal design and software projects. You may also display the modified product in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.

     You may not lease, license or sub-license the products, or a subset of the products, or any modified products to any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or design products, which do not compete directly with the COSTA DESIGN product.

     All product files are provided "As is" without warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold COSTA DESIGN harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using the licensed products.

     This License Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply. If any provision of this License Agreement is held to be unenforceable, this License Agreement will remain in effect with the provision omitted.
